Thoroughly
mix dry ingredients; set aside in a small bowl.
Melt butter, pour
into medium mixing bowl. Add sugar to butter. Whisk eggs with a
fork. Add eggs and vanilla extract to mixing bowl. Stir well.
Fold in dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well
incorporated. The cookie dough will be rather soft.
Spoon small amounts onto
ungreased cookie sheet. The dough will spread during baking so
make sure there's lots of room per cookie. Bake at 375 degrees
F until cookie edges are brown and the rest of the cookie starts
to brown slightly, about 8-9 minutes. Cookies will be thin and
lacey on the bottom.
Eat while warm for a glorious chewy treat.
